CNC Machining and Secondary Machining Services

E.C. Styberg provides CNC machining and a number of secondary machining services for the manufacture and finishing of medium  and heavy gauge metal components. Horizontal and vertical machining is our strong secondary asset. We can machine parts from 3 to 24" OD's (Outside) diameters to any size, contours and/or finish requirements to a tolerance of less than .0004" horizontally.

Also, we can vertical machine parts that require up to 52 different tool changes in one operation in a 5-axis environment. To compliment our machining operations we also Shape and Hob splines, drill, tap and balance components and assemblies.
