EC Styberg's knowledge of materials and manufacturing capabilities can take a present or new design and increase the strength (in some cases double it). Our success in increasing component strength has helped customer projects succeed. Our component strength expertise is demonstrated by the following customer examples:

• EC Styberg was able to help a customer reduce a wheel design by 10 pounds and increase the overall strength by nearly 100 percent.


• We converted a customer's three-piece design into one piece and made the component six times stronger where they needed the strength. And yet another customer had a two-piece design that we converted into a one piece, and again increased the overall strength.
