Press / Stamping Operations

EC Styberg has presses that that can handle up to 1000 tons using materials ranging from 1008-1080 Carbon steel, Stainless and Aluminum. The press can handle material sizes up to .5 inch thick X 24 inches wide and forming up to .375 thick. We are also capable of drawing parts up to 12 inch in overall height, .375 thick and 20-inch diameters.

Our press is able to run both small and large lot sizes. Stamping shapes can vary from rounds, splines, tangs, and ears to no limitations. In addition, we can Grob form splines housing for our customers.
