E.C. Styberg provides metal stampings, deep drawn stampings and forming services. 

We have Punch Presses up to 1000 tons using materials ranging from 1008-1080 Carbon steel, Stainless and Aluminum.

The 1000 ton press can handle material sizes up to .5 inch thick X 24 inches wide and forming up to .375 thick.

We are also capable of drawing parts up to 12 inch in overall height, .375 thick and 20-inch diameters on our 500 ton Hydraulic presses.

E.C. Styberg Engineering is equipped with full press and tooling design capabilities.

This allows us to create your deep drawn stampings from a large variety of materials, thicknesses and diameters.

• Capable of deep drawing material thicknesses from .5 mm (.020") to 9.5 mm (.375")

• Supporting diameters from 50 mm (2")  to 410 mm (16")

• Deep drawn stampings use low carbon, high strength carbon or stainless steel

• CNC hydraulic presses (500 tons)

• Mechanical presses from 60 to 1000 tons
