Since 1927, E.C. Styberg Engineering has been a unique contract manufacturer of medium to heavy gauge metal components.
Production of simple to complex metal parts, assemblies and prototypes combined with the commitment to establish and exceed customer expectations, above and beyond their specifications and/or requirements has made E.C. Styberg a long standing mainstay company in Racine, Wisconsin.
Styberg Engineering has a long proven track record as a quality supplier with a growing list of Quality Certifications from satisfied customers.
E.C. Styberg offers concurrent engineering. Styberg engineers, collaborating with customers to offer valuable considerations, provide enhanced quality and important manufacturing perspective resulting in substantial cost savings and improved product reliability. This capability has helped to solve some challenging design requirements.
With a complete line of metal working machines, a full in-house Tool Room and processes within the plant, the capability to produce difficult components, requiring diverse processes, is available. These functions can aid in producing process simplification by eliminating multiple operations or components that must be assembled together at a later date, and dimensional consideration leading to cost savings thru lower tool costs, less inspection time and faster flow-thru-operations time.
Prototyping is provided with the aid of a Tool and Die department with seasoned Tool and Die Journeymen and many pieces of CNC machining.
Quality Assurance and performance is promoted throughout E.C. Styberg. Along with being an ISO/TS 16949 and NADCAP in Welding/Spot welding/Heat Treating/and Nondestructive Inspection with FPI and MPI certified company, Styberg has a full complement of inspection tools including a Statistical Control Program.
